<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service for setting prices to individual contents which are difficult for contents selling candidates and contents purchase candidates to directly sell and purchase at the time of selling contents through a communication network, and for establishing the buying and selling of the contents using a computer program between the contents selling candidates and the contents purchase candidates. <P>SOLUTION: The handling of a plurality of purchasers is made easy by using the data of identification information and purchase conditions, and the specification of the purchasers and the check of the purchase conditions for each purchaser are realized. Also, the purchase conditions are defined as a purchase upper limit price and a purchase lower limit price, and the variation of the adoption of the requirement of the purchase candidates is realized.
