<p>The testing device (100) is connected to the vehicle part (200), which can be a steering wheel, containing the cartridge (201) using an upper (109a) and a lower adapter cable (109b) for the creation of two separate circuits. When the power supply (103) is activated the voltage is tested with a closed circuit breaker (105) and compared to a predetermined reference level. The circuit breaker (105) is opened for a predetermined interval and the inner resistance of the vehicle part (200) tested before the cartridge (201) is installed.</p> |
