PURPOSE: A lithium ion secondary battery is provided to improve its energy density without generation of dendrites, thereby having longer service life, by using an organic electrolyte instead of an aqueous alkali solution. CONSTITUTION: The lithium ion secondary battery comprises: an anode comprising a polymer substrate, a current collector and a layer of anode active material; a cathode comprising a cathode active material enabling adsorption and separation of lithium ions; and an electrolyte, wherein the anode active material is selected from lithium metal, lithium alloy and materials which form a compound with lithium in reversible way. |
