<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide lightly pressed sushi topped with shredded tangle retaining its flavor for a long time, and also having crisp firmness and flavorful taste. <P>SOLUTION: The lightly pressed sushi topped with shredded tangle is obtained through the following process: laying over a plurality pieces of bamboo leaves 2 in a container 1; putting sushi rice 3 on the bamboo leaves 2; putting fish slices 4 on the sushi rice 3 followed by covering the fish slices with bamboo leaves 2; putting shredded tangle 5 on the fish slices 4; and putting chopped tangle 6 presenting crisp palate feeling between the sliced meat 4 and the sushi rice 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
