PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment provided with tuners with less number of components at a low cost, that can be downsized and easily designed and effectively avoid noise components of the tuners due to OSC oscillation circuits inside the tuners from being interfered while the two tuners receive two broadcast signals at the same time. SOLUTION: In the electronic apparatus 1 configured of a flat circuit board 4 and the first and second tuners 5A, 5B mounted on the circuit board 4, the first and second tuners 5A, 5B being capable of receiving two television broadcast signals at the same time, the first and second tuners 5A, 5B are placed apart by a distance and a heat sink is placed between the first and second tuners 5A, 5B to effectively avoid interference of the noise components between the first and second tuners 5A, 5B.
