PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new pyrazolopyrimidine compound which has good SK channel-blocking effect and is useful as medicine, and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: There is provided a compound represented by general formula (I) or pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof, wherein R<SP>1</SP>denotes (A) a substituted aryl group, (B) a nitrogen-containing aliphatic hetero-monocyclic group which may be substituted, (C) a substituted lower cycloalkyl group, (D) an amino group which may be substituted, or (E) a substituted heteroaryl group; R<SP>2</SP>denotes (a) a heteroaryl group which may be substituted or (b) an aryl group which may be substituted; Y denotes a single bond hand, a lower alkylene group or a lower alkenylene group; Z denotes -CO-, -CH<SB>2</SB>-, -SO<SB>2</SB>- or a group represented by general formula (II); Q denotes a lower alkylene group; and q denotes 0 or 1.
