The sliding drawer lock structure for a toolbox, in a box body for stacked sliding drawers (3) over each other, has an angled press block (5) and an angled sliding block (6), a fixed seat (7) and a pair of sliding seats (8,8'). An angled press and sliding blocks are located in a suitable position at the rear plate (31) of each drawer. A hollow fixed seat is at the center of the box body, with its front side towards the press and block at the drawer, and with a drilling (71) for them to pass through. The paired sliding seats have a square shape, at right angles in the fixed seat matching the drilling at the front side, each with a clamping (81) and fixing (81') drilling for the press and sliding blocks to pass through. Paired levers (82) are at the upper and lower ends of the sliding seats to be moved up and down.
