PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a perforated mat, which has through-holes formed thereto in a reticulated state, capable of reducing the number of processes, having high production efficiency and capable of reducing an equipment investment cost. SOLUTION: A large number of slits 11A and 11B extending in the direction crossing the rolling direction of an unvulcanized fabric 10 are formed to the unvulcanized fabric 10. Subsequently, the unvulcanized fabric 10 is rolled in the direction shown by an arrow A to open the slits 11A and 11B in the rolling direction to form through-holes 12A.
