PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas fuel supply device of a gas engine in which unstable combustion is prevented from occurring by making adjustable the area of an outlet passage to a charging passage of a gas ejection passage for injecting a gas fuel into a charging passage by a simple structure and a simple control means, and the mixture of the gas fuel and air is adequately maintained throughout the whole operation range of the engine. SOLUTION: In the gas engine, a mixture gas is formed by injecting a gas fuel from a gas injector into the charging passage, and the mixture gas is supplied and burned in a combustion chamber. The gas injector includes a mechanism for adjusting the gas-supply passage area, a driving device, and a controller. The mechanism for adjusting the gas-supply passage area changes the outlet passage area to the charging passage of the gas ejection passage for injecting the gas fuel into the charging passage. The driving device drives the mechanism for adjusting the gas-supply passage area. The controller changes the outlet passage area of the gas-ejection passage by the mechanism for adjusting the gas-supply passage area so as to make constant the gas flow velocity in the gas ejection passage.
