PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal bond grindstone which has strong abrasive grain holding force such as an electric-deposition tool in the case of creating a three-dimensional shape of a brittle material such as glass and ceramics and a high hardness mold material such as cemented carbide, and is trued for correction of eccentricity and adjustment of a tool diameter and a tool shape, and also to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The metal bond grindstone is manufactured which disperses abrasive grains to the inside of the grindstone and having the strong abrasive grain holding force as the electric-deposition tool, and trues itself in an optional shape by filling mixed powder 4 formed by mixing the abrasive grains made of at least one kind of materials selected from wax material powder, diamond, cubic system boron nitride, silicon carbide and aluminum oxide and solidifying it after heating it up to wax material melting temperature.
