PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical apparatus with which adjustment with high accuracy can be performed while a cost reduction is achieved and a laser sensor. SOLUTION: When a spot position is desired to be moved to a laser sensor side, a light projecting unit 3 is held housed in a cylindrical housing section 12 and a lens holder 3 is picked up in this state from both window sections 13 and is rotationally moved clockwise (counterclockwise). Then, a lens holder 32 upwardly (downwardly) screws forward (backward) and silicon rubber 35 elastically contracts (elastically expands). As a result, a convergent lens 34 and a light projecting element 3 move closer to each other (apart from each other) and eventually, the spot position moves toward the laser sensor side (so as to detach from the laser sensor).
