PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent-volatilizing tool having a simple structure not requiring a driving device such as a motor or a spiral spring, volatilizing an agent by only movement of the air received from the outside and exhibiting excellent insect pest-controlling effect over a long period. SOLUTION: In the agent-volatilizing tool constituting an agent-carrying body by carrying 30-500 mg insect-proof ingredient which is volatile at a normal temperature on an air permeable carrier and volatilizing the insect-proof ingredient by movement of the air received from the outside, corrugated board pieces obtained by laminating a flat plate to a corrugated panel are laminated so that the direction of through holes of the corrugated boards is changed alternately to lengthwise and crosswise every one stage or several stages to form an air-permeable carrier.
