PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antiperspirant and deodorant composition which is highly safe for human bodies and exhibits high antiperspirant and deodorant effects. SOLUTION: This antiperspirant and deodorant composition together uses one or more antiperspiration active ingredients selected from chlorohydroxyaluminum, aluminum chloride, allantoin aluminum derivatives, aluminum sulfate, aluminum potassium sulfate, aluminum-zirconium chlorohydrate-glycine complex, aluminum citrate, aluminum phenolsulfonate, aluminumβ-naphtholdisulfonate, zinc p-phenolsulfonate, zinc oxide, lead acetate, and sodium perborate, and a glyceryl monoalkyl ether as a bacteriostatic agent.
