PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an A/D conversion processing device capable of effectively removing noises from A/D converted data of an analog signal. SOLUTION: An input IC 5, for acquiring the analog signal from a sensor which detects the operating state of an engine after performing an A/D conversion, is designed to perform the A/D conversion of the analog signal for each predetermined time (for each 500μs, in this example), to store newest some A/D converted values (three, in this example), and to detect one of the A/D converted values which is to be the central value in magnitude (the central value among the three AD values). A smoothing process for smoothing variations, in relation to the detected central AD converted value is performed, and the results (averaged values) of the smoothing process are to be output to a microcomputer as data to be used by engine control.
