WASHING METHOD FOR RESIN MOLDING

PURPOSE:To perform surface washing excellent in coating performance and also to prevent environmental pollution problem by washing a resin molding with alkali washing liquid before coating is performed and thereafter washing the same by an acidic aq. soln. contg. prescribed acid. CONSTITUTION:Before a resin molding is coated, it is washed by alkali washing liquid contg. an alkali builder and a surfactant. Thereafter the resin molding is washed by an acidic aq. soln. contg. at least one kind of acid selected from organic acid and inorganic acid. Adoption of this washing method, namely the washing wherein alkali washing liquid and the acidic aq. soln. are combined has been discussed. As a result, firstly alkali washing is preformed which is excellent in removing action of an external mold releasing agent and/or an oily adhesive component. Thereafter washing with the acidic aq. soln. is performed which is excellent in removing action of an internal mold releasing agent. Thereby sufficient performance in the aspect of washing properties is exhibited and also no environmental pollution problem is caused.
