<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake and exhaust device for a multiple cylinder engine provided with a turbocharger capable of easily determining fuel supply amount in a filter even when using the filter using fuel as reducing agent together with an EGR device. <P>SOLUTION: Intake gas discharged from a turbocharger 3a on a left bank 1a side flows into an intake passage on a right bank 1b side, and intake gas discharged from a turbocharger 3b on the right bank 1b side flows into an intake passage on the left bank 1a side. A part of exhaust gas taken out of an exhaust manifold 5a on the left bank 1a side by EGR devices 12a and 12b is recirculated in an intake manifold 11a on the left bank 1a side, and a part of exhaust gas taken out of an exhaust manifold 5b on the right bank 1b side is recirculated in an intake manifold 11b on the right bank 1b side. Flow rate of exhaust gas of right bank 1b and left bank 1a is estimated based on flow rate of intake air detected by air flow meters 8a and 8b to determine fuel supply amount of the filters 6b and 6a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
