<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture a cementitious jacket pipe for use in covering a resin pipe to enhance the refractory properties and sound insulating properties of the resin pipe. <P>SOLUTION: A steel pipe core 2 having a bonding guide 4, which is formed of a metal sheet and of which the base part is welded to the inner surface of a steel pipe and the leading end is gradually contracted in its width to be extended to the outside of the steel pipe, is used in the leading end of the steel pipe having an outer diameter almost equal to that of the resin pipe and the periphery thereof is covered with a paper pipe 3 to form a core material 1. This core material 1 is introduced into a jacket pipe molding apparatus 6 while closely brought into contact with the rear end of the preceding core material and a cement mortar layer 16 is molded on the periphery of the steel pipe core 2 and the core material 1 having the cement mortar layer 16 led out of the jacket pipe molding apparatus 6 is drawn out by a traction device 32 having the hook 33 locked with the bonding guide 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
