PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel-made driving pile capable of having good pile driving workability and also increasing pile supporting force and its construction method or the like. SOLUTION: The steel-made driving pile is so constituted that piece-shaped sections 10e as part of steel materials formed so as to hold between slit-like notch sections 10d and 10d formed in a pipe-like body 10a so as to extend to the direction of a blow end 10b from an open end 10c of a steel-made driving pile material 10 is provided, the steel-made driving pile material 10 makes the open end 10c as the lower end to give hitting power to the blow end 10b to drive the plate-like body 10a in the ground, and when the open end 10c reaches a supporting layer having resistance force value larger than reference resistance force value driven from the ground, the open end 10c is deformed so as to enlarge an outside diameter thereof, and a pile body having the lower end with an enlarged diameter is constituted in the ground.
