PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint fitting having excellent economical efficiency and workability facilitating boring work even to a column of large cross-sectional dimensions. SOLUTION: This joint fitting 1 comprises a fitting body 30, bolt members 40, tenon members 60 and pin members 70. The fitting body 30 is provided with a base 31 put to the side face of the column 10, and a receiving plate 32 projected to the beam 20 side orthogonally to the base 31. The base 31 is formed with bolt holes 33 that can insert shanks 41 of the bolt members 40. The tenon member 60 is provided with a nut part 61 screwable with the bolt member 40, and a cylinder part 62 having an axial length longer than the nut part 61 and externally mounted to the nut part 61.
