PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor technique which can modify the dynamic balance of a rotor with simple constitution. SOLUTION: Adjustment holes for adjustment of dynamic balance are provided at different angular positions besides being the inner positions on the side of the axis of rotation rather than the positions of permanent magnets, within the iron core of the rotor.
