PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking work supplementary instrument that makes cooking easier even for a person with weak lower body. SOLUTION: A cooking work supplementary instrument 101 is equipped with a support section 20 attached around the height of a person's waist on which a person can lean and a rail 30 installed on the front side of a sink 10 and stretches in a longitudinal direction of the sink 10.
