PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hen's egg-treating device capable of solving the uneconomical property of the devices by averaging the unbalance of their working efficiencies. SOLUTION: This hen's egg-treating device is provided by constituting selected/gathered parts consisting of in a plurality of gathered divisions as a first selected/gathered part 30 and a second selected/gathered part 40, distributing the gathered divisions corresponding to the first order of gathering (generation frequency) in egg weight division of the selected hen's egg group and the gathered divisions corresponding to the second order of gathering (generation frequency) to the first selected/gathered part 30 and the second selected/gathered part 40, respectively, and also without arranging the gathered divisions of adjacent egg weight divisions in the same selected/gathered part so as to constitute that the working efficiencies of a piling up device 51 in charge of the first selected/gathered part 30 and the piling up device 52 in charge of the second selected/gathered part are averaged.
