<p>A plurality of flat-plate material members formed by pressurizing material powder are provided, and then an irradiation light (laser beam) L is applied to an area according to a design sectional shape in an initial flat-plate material member to melt it and then solidify it, thereby forming an initial sectional element. Then, the surface of the initial sectional element is flattened. Next, the next flat-plate material member is disposed on the surface of an already-molded portion having a flattened one-side surface. Subsequently, an irradiation light is applied to an area in a new flat-plate material member according to a design sectional shape at the laminated position of the new flat-plate material member to melt it and then solidify it, thereby forming a laminate sectional element for integration with the already-molded portion. Then, the surface of the laminate sectional element is flattened. The laminating of a flat-plate material member, the forming of a laminate sectional element, and the flattening of a laminate surface are sequentially repeated, whereby a high-strength solid body can be molded simply and quickly.</p> |
