<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering lock control device capable of securing reliability of control for preventing overheat of a motor. <P>SOLUTION: The steering lock control device is equipped with a lock control part 14 which drive-controls a motor actuating a lock pin detachably engaged with a steering shaft. The lock control part 14 is equipped with two counters 24, 26 measuring a driving time of the motor and driving frequency of the motor, calculation circuits 25, 27 which calculate a pseudo temperature value of pseudo temperature of the motor based on count values of the counters 24, 26, and output a control signal when the pseudo temperature value is smaller than a predetermined threshold, and a switch circuit 23 which permits a drive control of the motor by the lock control part 14 when the control signal is inputted. The calculation circuits 25, 27 stop the output of the control signal when at least one of the pseudo temperature value obtained based on the count value of both the counters 24, 26 becomes not less than a predetermined threshold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
