PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reagent container for automatic analysis, which is a reagent container used in an automatic analysis system, can easily set a reagent and has flexibility in combination. SOLUTION: In the automatic analysis system analyzing a component of a biological sample by using a plurality of reagents, a reagent cassette is provided by combining two or more kinds of reagents by using concave / convex regions formed on the reagent container, a reagent container holder, adhesive bonding, tape fixing and the like, and assembling the plurality of reagents into one cassette to be processed in a single item, whereby the reagent container for automatic analysis which is used easily and has the flexibility, can be provided.
