PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure further sure continuity while improving the wear resistance of a contact part of a contact device. SOLUTION: The contact part 16 is energized upward by an elastic member 14 attached to a base body 12 and pressed against a contacting object. An intermediate body 18 is guided by a guide hole 34 formed in the base body 12 to be allowed to contact to or separate from the contacting object in a predetermined section, and engaged with the contact part 16 without being directly energized by the elastic member 14 to constrain the movable range of the contact part 16.
