PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sea-island conjugate fiber and a combined filament yarn having excellent splittability, softness and color-developing property. SOLUTION: The sea component polymer of the sea-island conjugate fiber is composed of a polylactic acid and the island component is composed of a polypropylene terephthalate. The conjugation ratio of the sea/island component is 10/90 to 50/50 and the strength of the raw yarn is≥3.0 cN/dtex. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
