PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior can which is stably attached to an exterior can without using any conventional metal band, has high safety, and is capable of smoothly recycling the exterior can without any damages such as welding flaw on the exterior can when attaching/detaching the interior can, and a double drum with the interior can. SOLUTION: The interior can 1 has an extension part 5 corresponding to a winding margin to wind a lower half portion of a barrel curl 3 in a ring shape continuous to a flange constituting part 4 hooked to an upper half portion of the barrel curl 3 of an exterior can 2. The upper half portion in the barrel curl 3 of the exterior can 2 is covered by the flange constituting part 4, and wound by the extension part 5 inward of a lower edge of at least the barrel curl in the lower half portion of the barrel curl by the extension part 5 and attached into the exterior can.
