PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus of blow-molding an molded article having an undercut portion which can stably form the molded article having the undercut portion by exactly removing the undercut portion from the mold with a simple mold structure. SOLUTION: The blow-molding method of forming the molded article having the undercut portion along the direction perpendicular to the mold opening direction is characterized in that the undercut portion is made along the whole length in the lengthwise direction of the circumference of the molded article, and after opening the molds except some of the segment molds 4 forming the undercut portion during mold opening, the molded article A is pulled out in the direction perpendicular to the mold opening direction.
