PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substance-introducing device which can improve a throughput in spite of an injection method without relating to the kind of a particle and the kind of an introduction substance. SOLUTION: This substance-introducing device is characterized by comprising at least a rotary drum 2, a particle-supplying portion 6, an observing portion 8, a substance-introducing portion 9, and a particle-recovering portion 10, and arranging at least the particle-supplying portion 6, the substance-introducing portion 9, and the particle-recovering portion 10 in the described order in the rotation direction of the rotary drum 2.
