PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patent classification storage medium and a patent classification display device for grasping the contents of each hierarchy of classification almost at a glance, and for improving the efficiency of the analyzing operation of patent information and the reliability of an analysis result at the same time. SOLUTION: Technical terms or technical texts extracted from a plurality of categorizes of technical explanatory texts are stored in an enumerated status in a hierarchical order in a storage means, and the terms or texts in the enumerated status stored in the storage means are read according to the classification designated by an input means, and displayed at a display means. The combination of the plurality of terms or texts is displayed by using logical symbols, and line-feeded or continuously displayed with predetermined symbols at the display means.
