PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary power machine capable of generating electric power at a low cost by the cleanest method by utilizing gravitation of the earth as energy source. SOLUTION: Many sets of pairs of weight body/support plate are attached to a side face of a disc body at equal interval so that position/attitude of the weight body is gradually changed by rotation of the disc body. As the weight body 3 is inclined on the right side, a connection rod 5 protrudes the weight body 2 outward by its descent pressure. On the left side, the weight body 3 lowers by its self-weight to pull the weight body 2 up and pull it back inside.
