PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten filling time by causing the air injected from an air inlet to be smoothly led into each of numerous hermetic bags for effectively filling the bag with the air. SOLUTION: A cushioning packaging material 1 made of two synthetic resin film sheets includes numerous partitioned long hermetic bags 5 provided successively in the lateral direction and air injection paths 6 communicating with all of longitudinal ends of the bags 5 provided to permit the air to be injected from the air inlet 6a at one of ends of the path 6, such that the hermetic bags 5 filled with the air are independently kept hermetic respectively. A check valve 7 is provided at an inlet 11a to keep the independent hermetic state in each hermetic bag 5. The air injection path 6 has a neck 17 formed to narrow the internal space at a position corresponding to the air inlet 11a at one of longitudinal ends of each bag 5. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
