SOLUTION: The lubricating device 1 for an engine 2 is used as an oil tank 7 by providing an oil inflow port 16 and an oil outflow port 17 on a side member 11 having a closed space S disposed near the engine 2, and is provided with a partition wall 15 forming an oil flow passage in a closed space S.
