PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict a large excessive warpage without increasing the thickness of a seat shell, or providing a reinforcing rib, and to reduce the manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A seat receiving frame 2 is equipped with a pair of front and rear main frames 13 of which the centers in the lateral direction are attached to the upper surface of the front end section of a supporting base 4 and the upper surface of the lower end section of a back rod, and a pair of right and left side frames 14 which are combined to both side end sections of both the main frames 13. A front frame receiver 25 and a rear frame receiver 24 facing in the lateral direction which are projected downward at the front end section and the rear end section on the lower surface of the seat shell 18 are respectively supported by the upper surfaces of the central sections of the main frame 13 for the front section and the main frame 13 for the rear section. At the same time, a pair of right and left side frame receivers 26 which are projected downward on the lower surfaces of both the side sections of the seat shell 18 are respectively supported by horizontal pieces 16 of the right and left side frames 14, and fixed.
