A METHOD FOR IMPLEMENTING MBMS SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT AND THE SYSTEM THEREOF

The invention discloses a method for implementing MBMS service announcement, storing the user service attribute associated with MBMS service of each user terminal; the method further comprises the steps of: (a) the network side determines the user terminals having need for receiving the current service announcement according to the information of services to be announced currently and the user service attribute information stored presently before service announcing; (b) the network side obtains the identifiers of users determined by the step a and implements service content announcement of current MBMS service for the determined user terminals in the dispatch manner corresponding to the current MBMS service announcement according to the obtained user identifiers. The present invention also discloses an MBMS service announcement system. The method and the system enable the network to implement the corresponding service announcement for user terminals requiring different services according to appropriate MBMS service announcement mechanisms.
