The present invention relates to a preparation method of an L-threonine producing strain by utilizing a novel L-threonine importer identified from Corynebacterium glutamicum. The method can be advantageously used for the production of L-threonine by increasing the fermentation concentration of L­threonine and the yield per unit thereof.
