摘要 FIELD: food processing industry, in particular canner industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes fruit preparation, addition of sugar solution, cavity fruit crushing in sugar solution and puree separation under aseptic conditions. Cavity crushing is carried out by dispersing under atmospheric pressure in mixture of fruit with sugar solution and myscelle obtained from biomass of Saprolegnia parasitica micromycete by extraction with non-polar liquefied gas. Then biomass is subsequently extracted with water, alkali, water, acid, water, alkali, and water.
