At that the executive unit has two groups of hermetically sealed relays. The first group has four hermetically sealed relays connected one after another and switched on to a unit on The second group has four hermetically sealed each of which is switched on to a corresponding unit on surface acoustic waves. At that the first group of hermetically sealed relays is located near the center of the crucial slit of the executive unit so that all hermetically sealed relays of the given group are at equal distance from the center of the crucial slit and the second group of hermetically sealed relays are stationed at a far distance from the center of the crucial slit in such a manner that all hermetically sealed relays of the given group are at equal distance from the center of the crucial slit .
