FIELD: oil and gas production. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for controlling permeability of formations both in productive and injecting wells, which formations are predominantly composed of porous fractured and porous reservoirs. In a method of preparing reagent consisting in mixing aqueous alkali metal solution with non- saponified vat residues from fatty acid production, refluxing resulting mixture, cooling it to 50-60°C, and adding oxyethylated (9-12) alkylphenol, (i) before addition of said vat residues, alkali solution is supplemented by 30-30% water suspension of pulp-and-paper production waste; (ii) said non-saponified vat residues originate from production of synthetic or vegetable-origin fatty acid; (iii) said alkali metal hydroxide is sodium hydroxide; and (iv) starting components are taken in following proportions, wt %: non-saponified vat residues 2-40. sodium hydroxide 0.42-4.2, oxyethylated alkylphenol 0.5-5.0, pulp-and-paper production waste 1-10, and water - the balance. ^ EFFECT: increased degree of agglomeration of disperse phase particles of prepared reagent while simultaneously ensured stability and uniformity of phase state of both reagent itself and working solutions thereof over a long time period being resistant to multi-salt mineralization, and augmented assortment of formation permeability control reagents. ^ 1 tbl |
