The device has two analog or digital video cameras (5) fixed on microscopes (3) that are coupled to lamp houses (4) and a computer (1). A simple programming permits comparison test effectuated under each microscope to be displayed at a screen of a monitor (2) simultaneously. The screen is separated into two parts by a vertical fiducial line, and a video image of the test is sent through internet to police or justice service.
