<p>The photodetector has a metallic structure (4) placed on an active zone (31) of a layer (3), for coupling optical radiations detected by the zone. The structure combines the properties of a coupling network and a Bragg grating with defect, to obtain a plasmonic wave from an incident wave. The plasmonic wave is coupled and localized in the active zone. The zone is of smaller dimension with respect to the structure. An independent claim is also included for a photosensitive array comprising a set of photodetectors.</p> |
