The package has a flexible blank folded at one of its ends to form a base constituting a container (3) to receive a plant. The container maintained in its shape by fitting units (1, 2) and is extended by a dorsal wall (7) supporting aerial part of the plant. Lateral sides (5, 6) of the wall are separated from each other to provide a front window (8) for viewing the plant. The sides have two gripping handles (13, 14), respectively.
