<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic power generating device having excellent aesthetic appearance and less number of parts, easily installed, capable of maximally extracting the system capacity of the device for the unit area of a roof, and capable of efficiently extracting generated power. <P>SOLUTION: In this photovoltaic power generating device, a solar battery module is mounted on rails installed on a roof.
