PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a timepiece, in which a dial can be exchanged according to preference, and in which the attachment/detachment of the dial can be conducted easily and quickly. SOLUTION: In the timepiece, having a timepiece board 4 detachably mounted on the inner wall surface of an annular case 2 constituting the external form of the timepiece, the dial 6 detachably mounted on the front side thereof, and a drive part 10 for driving hands 8 and 9 positioned on the front side thereof, the dial 6 includes a through hole 12 for a rotating shaft 11 of the hands for positioning the hands on the front side. The inner wall surface of the case 2 is formed so that the inside diameter of the front side part 21 is smaller than that of the backside part 22, and lock parts (23 and 24) for locking the dial 6 and the timepiece board 4 in an overlaid state are provided at the backside part 22.
