PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a target mark sheet whose edge of the target mark is sharp and is inexpensive, and can respond to a long-scale measuring object. SOLUTION: A mark sheet comprises a belt shape sheet member, a target mark provided on one surface of the sheet member and arranged with a constant intervals along the longitudinal direction of the sheet member and readable by a displacement meter, and an adhesive layer provided on the other surface of the sheet member, which is pasted on a measuring object according to the length.
