PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure for a heat storage tank of high sealability, capable of holding the shape of a gasket even in assembling a heat storage tank main body and a plug body. SOLUTION: Approximately parallel taper faces are respectively formed on opposite faces 21a, 21b of an opening part 15a and the plug body 16 through the gasket 19, and the gasket 19 is composed of a wide circular base part 19A formed along the opposite face 21b at a plug body 16 side, and a bead part 19B having an angular cross-section raised at a central part in the width direction of the base part 19A and elastically kept into contact with the opposite face 21a at an opening part 15a side.
