METHOD FOR WASHING MAGNETIC HEAD AND MAGNETIC HEAD USING SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a magnetic head and a washing and drying method by which the magnetic head of high cleanness and high quality is obtained by using washing liquid never deteriorating magnetic characteristics of the magnetic head. SOLUTION: Disclosed is the washing and drying method for the magnetic head characterized in: using a semi-water-type detergent in a washing stage and pure water in a rinsing stage; sweeping a fundamental frequency at a modulation frequency and further using ultrasonic waves of a plurality of kinds of frequencies to impart vibrations; washing and rinsing the magnetic head; and rotating the washed object at a high speed for drying.
