<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To configure a system in which a lost child, pet animal or another is likely to be returned to a guardian, by information technology, by connecting the guardian (searcher) of the pet animal, lost child or another and a finder on system information. <P>SOLUTION: The system comprises a mutual aid information center for collecting/managing search information and finding information, and a member-specific affix, such as a tag, showing a member number uniquely assigned to each member who joins the mutual aid information center and information on access to the mutual aid information center by communication means, and affixed to an object in need of care. The member number shown on the tag or the like and member identification information corresponding to the member number are stored. Search information including the member number on the tag or the like provided from a guardian (searcher) to the center, and finding information including the member number on the tag or the like provided from a finder are both stored.
