PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator system that comprises a refrigerator and an information terminal connected via a customer communication line, and displays that there is no water at the information terminal, when the refrigerator detects the absence of water in a water supply tank. SOLUTION: A sensor data detection means 203 verifies the temperature of an ice-making sensor 211 arranged at an ice-making tray after water is supplied, and displays that there is no water in the water supply tank to the information terminal 2, where the temperature is lower than a prescribed one, thus graphically expressing that there is no water in the water supply tank and preventing a nonsense claim from being reported to a service sensor since it is mistaken as a failure.
